My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Nancy, Lou and Gerry Your mom was like a mom to many kids over the years, including me. She held me up when I was weak and gave me a place to sleep when I was in need. She used to make up my couch bed so perfectly, turning down the corner and making it so cozy. She never said I can’t, she always said we’ll figure it out. She kept us in line and held us accountable for our actions yet we were never scared to tell her our failures or to ask for help. Her hugs were the best!
My memories of days and nights with the Finelli’s are long and span decades, I am grateful to have been a part of growing up together. My only regret is not being able to pay my last respects to your wonderful Mom because I’m so far away. Please know I’m thinking of you all and hold my memories of our lives together in my heart forever.
Soo sorry for the lost of your Mom.
Gerry, Lou, Nancy,
I'm sadden by the news of Eva's passing. She was such a kind person and I thought of her as my second Mom. I can still hear her laughter when I think of our time together. Certainly one of the nicest people I've ever known. Our condolences to all her family and friends. She is missed. Rob & Chris Kantner

Gerry, Lou and Nancy,
I have so many early memories of Kingston and your Mom watching me or taking me to Brigham Elementary. Our Mothers stayed connected and remained very close friends over the years; with occasional visits to South Florida and, in more recent years, to Central Florida. I find peace knowing those two are together and imaging how much laughter is going on between them again. Your Mom will always hold a special place in my heart as well as to others in my family.
Our sincere sympathy,
Kim Kantner (daughter of the late Shirley Kantner)

Thinking of you during this time of loss. May your memories brighten the sadness as you grieve....
My dearest friends Gerry , Nancy and Lou , at this hardest time in our lives there are no words that can express how deeply saddened I am to here of your mom’s passing . She had a beautiful life and had some wonderful memories with each of you. May those memories help each and everyone of you during this time. Her smile and laughter was so infectious. She loved to dance when ever we played at the bar. She was great support to hope and I when our mom passed. Gerry we had a great after funeral party and your mom said , not sure if it was appropriate or not but it was one of the best damn funerals she been to. One of my favorite rememberances was a night we needed a Christmas tree for the bar and I suggested to take hers .. well borrow it and return it later . She gave me hell but we laughed about it later. Many memories... thank you Eva rip . Love you all. I love you Eva (mom) , your favorite daughter-in-law.😢😢😢😢

I had the pleasure of being an aide for Eva but it evolved into much more than that. We became close with each other. We had many laughs and even tears together. My only regret is that I hadn’t met her and her family sooner in life but I am blessed to have spent the time I did have with her...I am gonna miss her more than I can put into words. Peace to you my mama Eva... I love you
