Jaqueline A. Bryant

January 1, 1942 — July 27, 2020

Jacqueline A. Bryant, 78, of Kingston, NY, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, July 27, 2020 at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehab Center in Kingston. She was born January 1, 1942 in Kingston, daughter of the late Wilder and Mabel (Fitzgerald) Dawson. Jacqueline was married to the late Kenneth Bryant Sr.

She was Kingston High School Graduate and later received her Associates Degree in Human Services from Ulster County Community College at the age of 44. For many years she worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Kingston area. Jacqueline was a member of St. Clara's Church in Kingston. She had a great love of family and enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. Jackie also taught Religious Education and sang in the church choir. She was quick witted, had a great sense of humor and loved to play Bingo.

Jacqueline is survived by her son, Kevin Bryant and his wife Elena, her daughter in law, Patricia Bryant, her grandchildren, Tyler Bryant, Elisia Bryant, and Kevin Bryant, Jr., her great granddaughters, Charlie Garrett and Peyton Jacqueline Bryant, her great grandson, Easton Kenneth Bryant, her brother, Wilder Dawson, Jr., as well as a many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her son, Kenneth Bryant, Jr., and her siblings, Warren Dawson, Mary Bruen, Howard Dawson, and Joan Cummings.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Kingston, NY. In the interest of public safety and in accordance with New York State's Executive Order in response to coronavirus, the service and burial in Montrepose Cemetery, will be held privately.
