Susan Snow

Susan G. Snow, 81, of Sleightsburg, NY passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at home. She was born on August 8, 1941 in Kingston, NY, daughter of the late George and Gladys (Boughton) Sickles.

She was a Kingston High School Graduate, class of 1960. She married George R. Snow on June 24, 1961. Susan was a member of the Salvation Army in Kingston for many years where she had played the organ and rang the bell for the holidays. She enjoyed crocheting afghans, knitting scarves, and making plastic canvas ornaments.

She is survived by her husband, George Snow, her daughters, Brenda (Mark) Staicer, and Heidi (Greg) Bull, her siblings, Sharon (Gary) VanAken, Joy (Mike) Brinkerhoff, Dawn Bravo, and John E. Quick, her grandchildren, Rebekah Staicer, Elizabeth (Jordan) Voytko, Christopher (Emily) Bull, and Heather Bull. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her granddaughter, Casey Bull, her sister, Joyce Peters, and her brothers in law, John Peters and Ronald Bravo.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Monday April 24, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. The funeral service will be held at 11am at the funeral home on Tuesday April 25, 2023. Burial will follow in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston, NY.
