Susan L. Carlos, 64, of Kingston, NY, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at home. She was born on July 30, 1959 in New Rochelle, NY, daughter of the late Walter and Ruth (McClendon) Landrine. Susan was married to the late Richard Blackburn. Richard passed away in 2016.
She enjoyed going out to dinner and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Carlos, her son, Ronald Carlos, and her step father, Bernard Hamilton.
