An unveiling will be conducted at Montrepose Cemetery on Friday, October 8th at 10:30 a.m. Those attending should meet at the front gates of Montrepose Cemetery. The plot is in the old Temple Emanuel section. Ruth Stone Lieberman, formerly of Hone St., Kingston died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at the Caroline Kline Galland Home in Seattle, WA. She was 93. She was born in Kingston, the daughter of the late Morris and Hattie Mann Stone. A graduate of New Paltz State Teacher's College, she taught for a time in the Kingston Consolidated School District. She then assisted her father in his grocery store on Abeel St. in Kingston and was the care giver for family members. Ruth enjoyed keeping in touch with family members and friends around the country. She loved to read and always had books from the library. Her husband, Harold Lieberman died March 29, 2001. Her brother, Robert Stone and a niece, Barbara Stone also died previously. She is survived by her niece Judy Stone-Goldman of Bellevue, WA and two great-nephews, Matthew and Jonathan and cousins in Florida, New York and Tennessee. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Caroline Kline Galland Home, 7500 Seward Park S., Seattle, WA 98118-4256 or a charity of one's choice. Burial will be in Montrepose Cemetery.
