Russell Stanley Fallon, Jr.

Russell Stanley Fallon, 79, of West Saugerties, NY passed away on Friday, September 22nd, 2023, at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. He was born on May 1, 1944 in Kingston, NY, to the late Russell Stanley Fallon, Sr., and Elizabeth "Betty" (Scheffel) Fallon.

Russell proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1962 to 1966. Early in his career, he worked at Nelson Redi-Mix in Lake Katrine, NY but he was better known as a dedicated and skilled self-employed carpenter and cabinet maker.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years Sharon Elizabeth (Bahr) Fallon, their son Derek Scott Fallon and wife Katie, and daughter Courtney Elizabeth Fallon. He is also survived by sisters Claudette Zinkow and Cindy Murphy, granddaughter Alexi Katarina, and grandsons Derek Zachary and Russell Jace. Russell will be deeply missed by his extended family and friends, including nephew Michael Zinkow, Jr., sister-in-law Carol A. Bahr, brothers-in-law Michael Zinkow, Sr. and James Murphy, and close friend and neighbor Robert Rudolph.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401. A graveside service will take place at Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston, NY on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 10am, to honor and remember his life. Family and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, a cause that was important to Russell.
