Rudolph L. Klaiss, of Cottekill Road, Cottekill died April 22, 2008. He was 85.
He was born in Pforzheim, Germany on January 31, 1923, a son of the late Ludwig and Lydia Hartmann Klaiss. He served in the US Air Force during WW II.
For many years Mr. Klaiss was a photo lab technician and freelance photographer. He was employed by the NY Times.
Surviving are his wife Jean Lenaz Klaiss.
The funeral was private.
