Robert J. Tellier

Rhinebeck - Robert J. Tellier of Wells Lane passed peacefully Friday, July 3, 2015 at Golden Hill Health Care Center in Kingston. He was 77. He was born March 15, 1938 in Kingston to the late Julius and Eleanor Hanley Tellier. He graduated Kingston High School in 1955 served in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Alaska and Washington, D.C where he also attended George Washington University. Mr. Tellier was a proud member of the Air Force Band. He enjoyed playing clarinet, bass and piano and loved the outdoors. He spent much time fishing, hiking and reading. His wife, Donna MacEachen Tellier died previously. Surviving are his son Gregory Tellier and his wife Angela Marcela of Kingston; his daughter Lynn Radel and her husband Mark of Ruby; two step-daughters, Becky MacEachen of Maine and Sarah MacEachen of California; his sister, Elizabeth Middaugh of Carolina and his former wife, Judith Haines Tellier. Two grandchildren, Sofia Tellier and Andrew Radel also survive. A brother, Thomas Tellier died previously. Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston.
