Richard Raphael

Richard Raphael, 67, of Kingston passed away Friday, June 26, 2015. He was born in Manhattan, son of the late Jack and Loretta Clark Raphael. Richard had worked as a direct care assistant. He was married to the late Carole Phelps Raphael. Surviving are his brother, Michael Kinsch and his wife Katherine of Ulster Park; his sister, Rose Schulz and her husband Arthur of Bohemia; his brother-in-law Myles Robbins of Staten Island; his sister-in-law Liz Raphael of Connecticut, and his companion, Tia Nadal of Saugerties. A sister, Elizabeth Robbins and a brother, Matthew Raphael died previously.


Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen where friends will be received on Wednesday July 1st from 2pm to 4pm.
