Richard J. Peters, 90, of Kingston, died Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Saugerties, he was a son of the late John & Anna Russell Peters. Richard was predeceased by his companion of 35 years, Phyllis Lane and three brothers, Walter Peters, John Peters and Robert Peters. Richard will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 am on Thursday. June 14, 2018. Rev. David Brechter will officiate. Interment will follow in Chestnut Hill Rural Cemetery.
