Raymond Kelderhouse

Raymond Kelderhouse, 31, of Lake Katrine, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. He was born on June 12, 1992 in Kingston, NY and was the son of Lyn Kelderhouse and Christopher de Thomas.   

Raymond dedicated his career to helping others. He worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide, providing compassionate care to those in need. His dedication and kindness touched the lives of many. 

Outside of his professional life, Raymond had a variety of hobbies that brought him joy. He was an avid wrestling fan and enjoyed watching as well as participating in the sport. He had a passion for gaming and trading games, immersing himself in the world of virtual adventures. He was also a foodie and loved all things culinary. 

Above all, Raymond’s favorite thing was being a dad. Nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his “Monkey” Elizabeth. 

Raymond will be deeply missed by his surviving family members, including his daughter Elizabeth Kelderhouse, his dear friend Kelli Benjamin (Elizabeth’s mother), his mother Lyn Kelderhouse, his father Christopher de Thomas, his grandmother Theresa Kelderhouse, his sister Mandisha Kelderhouse, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, all who love him dearly.  

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond V Kelderhouse, grandmother, Mary Jane Lo Cicero de Thomas, grandfather Kenneth de Thomas, great grandfather, Frank Lo Cicero and great grandmother, Anna Lo Cicero. 

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 4pm-7pm.
