Olga Cebriy

Olga Cebriy, 94, of Kingston, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Mountain Valley Manor. She was born August 23, 1922 in Pine Bush, to the late Joseph and Olga (Tarabas) Smolin. She was married to Nicholas A. Cebriy, Nicholas passed away in 1996.


Olga was a Pine Bush High School Graduate and later received her Bachelor's of Education from New Paltz College. She was a Teacher and Librarian in the Bronx for many years.


She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Robert, Jay, and Barbara Bain, and Walter, Ed, and Michael Cebriy, as well as several great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister Marie S. Bain, as well as her nephews, Kenneth, Paul, and John Bain.


Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Tuesday March 21st from 2 to 5pm. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday March 22nd at 10am at New Prospect Cemetery in Pine Bush.
