Muriel P. Martelli

Muriel P. Martelli, 92, of Cumming, GA, formerly of Richmond Hill, Queens and Kingston, died Wednesday morning January 4, 2012 at Northside Hospital, Cumming, GA. She was born January 12, 1919 in County Tyrone, Ireland to the late Thomas and Mary Ellen O'Neill Bradley.

She was the wife of the late James P. Martelli who died on November 6th 1992.

For many years she had worked for the family business, Martelli Deli & Catering in Queens. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, with her husband they moved to this area in 1992. She enjoyed playing Bingo, reading and spending time with her family.

Muriel is survived by her sons; James T. Martelli and his wife Ruth, of Cumming GA, with whom she resided, and Joseph T. Martelli and his wife Nancy of Kingston, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers.


Entrusted to the care of Eric Keyser, Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston. Friends may call on Sunday from 4 - 7 pm at the funeral home. The procession will form on Monday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home. At 10:00 am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's RC Church. Burial in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
