Michael F. Paden

Michael "Iron Mike" Paden, 59, of Kingston, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Benedictine Hospital. He was born October 5, 1952 in The Bronx, to the late John and Charlotte Paden.




He was married to Julie Paden on June 21st 1983.




He had previously worked as an overnight manager at the Darmstadt Shelter in Kingston.




In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Michael Paden Jr., Zynyia Bligen, siblings, Katie Dupree, Ellen (Jerome) Nealey and Shahid (Mekiya) Murray, step children, Venus N. Reyes, Tracy Reyes, Charles Reyes, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, as well as 4 nieces and nephews and 5 great-nieces and great-nephews.




Entrusted to the care of the Luke Keyser of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston. Friends may call on Tuesday from 10 - 11am at New Progressive Baptist Church, 8 Hone St., Kingston, where the service will take place at 11am with Rev. Dr. G. Modele Clarke, officiating.




Burial will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery, Kingston.
