Mary Scampato

Mary Scampato formerly of the Governor Clinton Apartments, Kingston died Friday, March 27, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital, Poughkeepsie. She was 81. She was born in Cincinatti, Ohio on April 22, 1927 a daughter of the late Anthony and Lucille Montesano Malora. Formerly of East 233rd Street, Bronx, she lived in Knox Village, New Windsor for 35 years. In 2004 she moved to Kingston. Surviving are two brothers Frank Malora of Northvale, NJ and Paul Malora of Boynton Beach, FL, many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at Montrepose Cemetery on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Peggy Sauerhoff will officiate.
