Lawrence Vincent Still

Lawrence Vincent Still, departed this life on November 12, 2013 in Kingston. He was born on April 5, 1955 in Brooklyn, to the late Margaret Lorraine Still and the late Marion Harry Still. He attended John Dewey High School and was a member in good standing at New Progressive Baptist Church until he was called home. He served faithfully despite his illness. Vincent was a kind, loving and devoted man. He was better known to some as "Herm", "Vincent" or "Larry".

In his passing he leaves to mourn three siblings, Theresa, Juanita, and Brian, four nephews, Jerry, Audrey, Kahlib, and Travis, one niece, Nicole, as well as a host of cousins, friends and co-workers.

God knew the road was getting rough and the hill was hard to climb, he gently closed his weary eyes and whispered "Peace by thine". You'll live on in our hearts, for the love we all shared and the ways you always cared, right from the very start. Because he is not gone, he is just away, so sleep on Brother until we meet, on that sweet day.
The family expresses sincere gratitude to the many friends and neighbors, especially, Parish & Shelia Bowman for the many acts of kindness shown during their hour of sorrow.
