Laura M. (Mitchell) Pendrak , of Lake Katrine, Formerly of Kingston, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Ten Broeck Commons.
Born in East Kingston, she was the daughter of the late John and Maria (Garfola) Mitchell. She was employed at I.B.M of Kingston and Poughkeepsie until her retirement. Laura was a member of the I.B.M. Quarter Century Club.
Laura was the wife of the late Rudolph S. Pendrak, whom she married on October 14, 1978,
Laura enjoyed spending time with her beloved family.
She is survived by her brother, Anthony Mitchell (Jane) and her sister, Mary Perry (Vincent). Many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was predeceased by four brothers Joseph F. “Chesty” Mitchell, Patrick J. Mitchell, Frank Mitchell, Ralph C. Mitchell Sr. and three sisters Rose Porter, Connie Natale and Jennie Spadafora.
Laura will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. On Monday December 17, 2018 from 4-7 PM
The funeral procession will form at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 18, 2018 at 9:00am
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Colmans Church, in East Kingston at 10:00am.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s cemetery
