John W. Borcherdt

Saugerties - John W. Borcherdt, 73, formerly of Ulster Landing Rd. died Thursday morning , December 25th, 2014 at Archcare at Ferncliff. He was born in East Orange, NJ, a son of the late Dorothy Borcherdt and Eugene Krause. He graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo with a bachelor's in Geography. John was an active member of the Flatbush Reformed Church. He enjoyed following the financial markets, collecting antique stock certificates and reading about aviation and railroading. Surviving is his twin brother Eugene and his wife Peg of Saugerties and several cousins. Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston. Cremation was private.
