Jacqueline Flanagan

Jacqueline Flanagan, 83, of Kingston, NY, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023 at home. She was born on January 24, 1940 in Jeannette, PA, daughter of the late Quay and Frances (Wing) Anderson. She was married to the late Robert Flanagan who passed away in 1979.

After High School, she served her country in the US Navy. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Marist College and later attended Fordham University where she received her Master's Degree. She worked for 30 years for the City of Kingston Laboratory as a Medical Typist. She was a member of the American Legion Post #150. Jacqueline was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies.

She is survived by her children, Kelly Flanagan of Kingston, Shannon Flanagan and her significant other Matthew Breault of Portland, OR, and Michael Flanagan and his significant other Robyn LaBarr of Kingston, and her grandchildren, Jacob Palmer of Glen Ellyn, IL, Jalen Palmer of Kingston, and Collen Flanagan of Kingston. She is predeceased by her daughter, Colleen Flanagan Palmer VanDemark.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 6pm to 8pm.
