Isabella T. Richards

Isabella T. Richards, after living a happy and healthy life for almost 97 years, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 11, 2011, at 3:00 p.m.

She was the loving and loved wife of the late James V. Richards who died on June 24, 1986. The loving and loved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother of Arthur V. Richards and his wife Nancy of Chappaqua, NY, James V. Richards and his wife Denise of Harrison, NY, Diana T. Richards of Kingston, NY, grandchildren Pamela, Julie, Arthur, Amy and Kathleen, great grandchildren Spencer, Griffin, Claire, Luke, Grace and Alexander. A brother, Bernard McCafferty, many nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Richards was born July 9, 1914, in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late Bernard and Margaret Gallagher McCafferty.


Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, the family will receive their friends on Wednesday from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.

The funeral procession will form at the funeral home at 10:15am on Thursday and proceed to St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church where at 11am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
