Francine Burlingham

Francine M. Burlingham, 68, of Kingston, NY, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was born on April 13, 1957, in Kingston, daughter of the late John and Margaret “Carpino” Perry. She was married to her loving husband of almost 38 years, Ronald H. Burlingham. Ronald passed away in 2019.

Francine attended both Coleman and Kingston High Schools before graduating from Kingston High School. She loved visiting The Sagamore in Lake George, NY. Above all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.

She is survived by her sons, Matthew P. Burlingham (Lindsey), and Tyler J. Burlingham, her two grandsons, her sister, Sharon Perry Nerone, her nephew, Robert J. Nerone (LeAnn), her great niece, Shana M. Nerone, her cousins, Ramon Prusak and Marybeth Shaffer (Jim), her god daughter and cousin Madison Shaffer, and her cousin Bailey Shaffer, her brother in law, John H. Burlingham (Nancy), her sister in law, Melanie S. Burlingham Bailinson (David), as well as many other dear family members.

All who knew Francine knew of her great faith, which she loved to share. Her specialty cookies weren’t simply deserts – they were gestures of love, tiny celebrations wrapped so perfectly, and finished with a bow.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Wednesday June 18, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday June 19, 2025 at St. Joseph’s RC Church 242 Wall Street, Kingston, NY 12401. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston.
