Ethel Armstrong-Jeffers, 84, of Kingston, NY, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025. She was born on August 10, 1941 in Kingston, NY, daughter of the late Hydrect "Monk" Armstrong, Sr. and Hallie (Owens) Armstrong. She worked for many years at Amdahl Corporation as a recruiter. She is survived by her sisters, Melvina Blair of Cleveland, OH, and Hydreca Watts of Kingston. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Hydrect Armstrong, Jr. Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 10am to 11am. The funeral service will take place at 11am with burial following in Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.
