Ernest F. Kidd

Ernest "Bud" F. Kidd, Jr, 93, of Orchard Street, Hurley, died Sunday evening February 17, 2013 at the Kingston Hospital; He was born May 12, 1919 in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Ernest F. and Annie Garber Kidd, Sr.




He was husband of Nancy Blish Kidd; she died on October 28, 2009. Ernest was a Plant Manager for Island Dock, Kingston, NY.




He was a long standing member of the Rondout Kingston Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.




Ernest is survived by a son Douglas Kidd, a daughter Cynthia Kidd, nine grandchildren, his sibling Rachel, Edith and Walter, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Randolph Kidd and a sister Annabel.




The service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Shokan, on Saturday March 2 at 2:00 pm.
