Eileen D. LoDato of Hone Street, Kingston died Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Kingston Hospital. She was 64.
She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on September 12, 1944, a daughter of Genevieve Korszoloski Brooks and the late Francis Brooks.
A Kingston resident for the past 25 years, she has been an Radiologic Technologist at Benedictine Hospital since 1990. She enjoyed photography, arts and crafts, baking and especially being a grandmother and spending her time and sharing her interests with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her mother Genevieve Brooks of Niagara Falls, three daughters Deirdre Crescini of Brandon, FL, Erica Price of Kingston and Debora Nezich of Saugerties; six grandchildren Kyle Crescini, Joshua and Taylor Price, Hannah, Jordan and Ethan Nezich, her husband Vincent LoDato, two sisters Janet Brooks of Youngstown, NY and Suzanne DiNunzio of Williamsville, NY and one brother Robbie Brooks of Niagara Falls, NY.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Tuesday from 4 - 7 PM. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. Inurnment will take place in Wiltwyck cemetery Community Mausoleum at a later date.
