Donna M. Gjurovich

East Kingston - Donna M. Gjurovich of Kingston, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015. She was 67. She was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late Andrew Gjurovich and Anna M. (nee) Every. Since 1998, Donna has been employed as an independent occupational therapist in early intervention for Valley Consultant Services, West Camp and Milestones for Munchkins in Dutchess County. Surviving is her sister, Christine Oakley and her husband Thomas of Accord and a brother, Ronald Gjurovich. Several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive. A daughter, Ananta Sobsey, a brother, Charles Gjurovich and a nephew, Ethan Gjurovich-Bollin died previously. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston. As an avid supporter of women's rights, Donna's family has requested memorial contributions in her name be directed to Women for Women ( www.womenforwomen.org ) or National Organization for Women ( www.now.org ).
