Diana Lynn Wells passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 after a long battle with illness. Born on April 11,1948 Diana was born to the late Joseph and Rosalie Davis (Miller).
She was married to the late George F. Wells for over 60 years. She is survived by her son George Wells, Jr. (Dorothy), Joseph Wells (Donna), Robert Wells (Marianne), and William Wells (Tori). Diana is predeceased by her sister Nancy Constable (Davis). She is also survived by her grandchildren George III, (Jennifer), Jessica, Kenneth, Michelle, (John) Ashley, Alexander, and Billie Rose. Her great grandchildren Cassandra, Shiloh, Kenneth, and John. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Diana enjoyed life and tried to make the most of every situation. She retired as a nurse and Billing Clerk from Benedictine Hospital after 30+ years. She was a big part of not only the Girl Scouts but also a den mother and leader for the Boy Scouts with her sons. She would often be found in her garden tending to her beautiful roses. She loved camping with her family up in the Adirondacks where she spent her days being out in the boat for leisurely rides, fishing, and even waterskiing which she did with her late husband until their health would no longer allow it. When not doing all those things she also enjoyed having themed parties at her home with all her friends and family as well as trying to beat her sister at scrabble. She was also a member, with her husband, of REACT CB Radio under the handle of Tinker Bell.
