Charles Lawrence

Charles Lawrence of Pine Grove Road died August 21, 2004 at his home. He was 64. He was born on November 6, 1939 a son of the late Sidney and Camille Schwamm Lawrence. A member of the Woodstock Jewish Congregation he served on the Congregation’s first Ritual Committee. Mr. Lawrence also created and maintained a garden at the Woodstock Congregation. Mr. Lawrence worked for many years at Golden Hill Health Care Facility, Kingston. He retired in 2003. Surviving are a brother of Henry Lawrence of White Plains. Graveside services will be conducted on Monday at 1:00 PM at Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston, Rabbi Jonathan Kligler will officiate.
