Albert D. LaTorre, Jr.

Albert D. LaTorre, Jr., 71, of Kingston, NY, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was born on May 18, 1954, in Kingston, NY, son of the late Albert LaTorre, Sr. and Mildred (Clearwater) LaTorre.

He was a graduate of Kingston High School and later worked as an Arborist for many years. He was a member of the IBEW Union. Al enjoyed all things outdoors, especially stream fishing.

He is survived by his daughter, Mercedes LaTorre of Goshen, his life partner, Robin LaTorre of Kingston, his brothers, Daniel LaTorre of Kingston, Dominick LaTorre of Kingston, and Robert LaTorre and his partner Cheryl Demskie of Kingston, his father-in-law, Richard C. Lamoreaux of Lake Katrine, his god daughter, Brittany Parrett-Pleasant and her husband Matthew of Syracuse, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Larry LaTorre, his aunt, Dolores Kranstin, his mother-in-law, Patricia Lamoreaux, as well as his beloved Rottweiler, Zoey.

Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, NY 12466 where family and friends may visit on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 12pm.
