Dean A. Baker, 64, a longtime resident of Kingston, died 2/11/2014 at Health Alliance Mary's Avenue Campus, after a long unsuccessful battle with lung Cancer. Born in Beacon, he was a son of the late Frank R. & Constance Dean Baker, Jr. Dean was an artist who loved fishing, hunting and working on friend's cars. Dean was a kind and gentle soul who loved his family, friends and his animals and was right there when you needed him. During his life he held different jobs including Kingston Kabs and Feney Boat Works. He is survived by his step-mother Margaurite Mallott Zucker Baker Lamanski and her husband, Igor Lamanski, brother, Frank R. Baker, III and his wife Patrice Macauley of Kingston, his dear friend Jordan Davis of Kingston as well as his nieces and nephews, their children and friends. Services and interment will be private.
