I'm not good at doing this but here goes. What could I say about Eddie or better yet where do I begin? At first you just think he's a funny guy but being with him through all these years besides being funny there was a deeper side to him, maybe he didn't open up to everyone but we had some talks and it seems that little by little he listened and did some of the things, we talked about family and about God and I'm glad we did cause I know that some time in the future we will meet again, after all Eddieeeee when I brought you back from the hospital you wanted to buy me diner so you owe me, I'll collect when we meet again in the presence of The Lord. You are missed so much by this family, we love you and will always be in our heart. You know that if I didn't care about you I would not do this, there has been people that are blood relatives of mine and I haven't done this. RIP

How do I write on your obituary? This is so hard for me. I am in such shock. Everyday I wake up open my eyes and realize you are really gone. You came to mean so much to my whole family. You were one of us. My heart is overwhelmed. I will choose to remember you as you told me too I will remember the laughs, the fun, the support and the love. To Eddie's family and friends I feel like I know all of you through his stories. Some I do know. To all I send my families sympathies and love in this difficult time. Eddie was unique and one of a kind. He will always be remembered . Each of us will carry him in different ways in our hearts. I believe I will see him again. I Thank God for that belief or losing anyone would be too much to bear. Rest in Peace Eddie! Much love always , Your friend Cookie and family xoxo

So many memories flood my mind! I can’t believe my Dee Dee is forever gone from this world but eternity lasts forevermore! As a Belevier in Jesus Christ, I thank Him for His love and promise of spending eternity together with Him.
My funniest memories were made with my Dad and I will cherish them as I remember each one and laugh. There was only one “Eddie” in this world and to know him was to love him.....Rest in Peace Daddy! xoxoxo
